CEO's Bios: Muanantanga & Dr. Lovie Kabongo:
Chef Kabo was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s. Chef Kabo was raised and educated in Belgium where he learned the fine art of cooking great foods. Chef Kabo has traveled the world preparing fine foods in countries such as, Italy, Belgium, South France, Tahiti, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland and the United States of America.
Chef Kabo was one of the first sous chef at the AT& T stadium, where he worked for over five years. Knowing that he had worked for a great organization (Dallas Cowboys), he knew it was time to step out in his own direction, and offer his expertise to individuals & businesses that requested his exceptional fine catering meals.Dr. Lovie Kabongo was born in Dallas, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Lovie Kabongo, went on to study Business Organizational Leadership on the Master’s level at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. She obtained her Master’s in 2003, and a Ph.D., in Humanities at Northwestern Christian University.
Muanantanga and Dr. Lovie Kabongo are the founders of Motherland, a brand that offers the best tasting hot sauces, west of the Mississippi River, and more great tasting products that will enhance any dish of your choice. Motherland is famous for its Gourmet Hot Sauces.
Chef Kabo has owned his own food establishments over the last twenty years, and Dr. Lovie Kabongo owned and operated a Daycare Center for seventeen years, overseeing a staff of 20 employees.
They are the proud parents of nine grown children, and also the proud grandparents of thirteen beautiful grandchildren.
